All sales are final unless something is wrong on my end. For all custom orders A mockup will be sent out for review, make sure to look mockup over for correct spelling, dates, ages, etc. cause once approved and item is made no refund will be done. Some orders I Maybe able to do on the same day but expect for a 3-5 day turn around. If an order is needed last minute a rush charge will be applied to total depending on what the order is it can range from $5-$20.
